Assessment & Application

Interview
A conversation to get to know you, understand your motivations, and answer your questions.
DBS Application
We arrange your Disclosure and Barring Service check, a requirement for all care roles.
Training
Comprehensive induction training so you feel confident and prepared before your first visit.
Shadowing
Time spent alongside an experienced carer, learning the role in a real setting.
Contract
Once you're ready, we agree your contract and you officially join the Dendera Care team.
